I've been there myself; messed over by contractors, paying plumbers by the hour for a three hour parts run that was five minutes away, and wondering if my car really had that extra thing wrong with it. In my industry, as a Compliance Officer, I've seen first hand how advisors and representatives can take advantage of clients by selling unnecessary products and, in my opinion, charging unnecessary fees.
